The "MENTAL EMPIRE TRAINING PROGRAM" ® is a training and learning process through which it is about enhancing the talent and resources of the athlete to maximise their performance and help them achieve their goals.
It is a tailor-made Mental Training Program designed for each athlete according to their needs.
It mainly pursues the following objectives:

To advance in self-knowledge (mind and emotions)

Identify and transform limiting beliefs that, many times, make us stay halfway between what we really want and what in the objectives, motivations, difficulties, obstacles, and action plans for improvement and change.

Teach the athlete to control and master his thoughts by using different psychological techniques.

Each athlete is unique. With a single and irreproducible world, from his friendships, life experiences, family, arrival to sport, injuries, his relationship with the coach and / or team, physical and mental state, etc.
Therefore, my role as a Sports Psychologist is to help each athlete improve their sports performance through sports psychology sessions, whether in person or online, acting on all those variables that influence him/her, such as:

• Motivation
• Stress & anxiety management
• Activation level
• Attention / Focus
• Cognitive processes (thoughts, beliefs, etc.)
• Concentration
• Self-control
• Self-knowledge
• Injuries
• Postural correction
- The sessions can be face-to-face or online.
- Follow-up between training sessions and / or competitions via WhatsApp.
- Delivery of digital or printed material.
The "Mental Empire Training Program" ® is the fastest and most effective way to improve your mental game, increase your performance, learn to manage distractions in competition, incorporate mental strategies and techniques to overcome stress or anxiety, sharpen your focus and attention in training, warm-ups and in the ring, increase your self-confidence and self-esteem to deal with the ups and downs of the sport (results, falls or injuries). The Program covers everything related to the emotional, psychological and physical aspects (postural corrections, warm-ups and stretches) of horse riding to then consistently take your trainings to each competition!
